Supply Chain Planning Analyst - Contract - Remote

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Supply Chain Planning Analyst. This is a remote contract position.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves managing the supply chain for investigational products, supporting the execution of studies, and conducting risk assessments and contingency planning. You will work closely with the Clinical Supply Manager to complete documentation supporting various clinical activities.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience in Clinical Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using DocuSign/Adobe e-Sign.
  • Ability to interface effectively with internal functions and external vendors.
  • Experience in audit and inspection activities.
  • Familiarity with TMF filings and Storyboard creation.

The Supply Chain Planning Analyst will:

  • Collaborate with Clinical Supply Managers (CSMs) on maintaining operations-related documents for all active and upcoming studies.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of study documents in team storage space by performing regular filing, review, and organization of controlled documents.
  • Assist CSMs in managing document review and approval in DocuSign/ Adobe e-Sign.
  • Interface with internal functions and external vendors to obtain and maintain study documents generated in day-to-day operations.
  • Streamline process for document storage and archiving across studies by identifying and driving areas of improvement.
  • Support CSMs during audit and inspection activities by compiling and requesting study documents in anticipation of auditor/inspectors' requests.
  • Collaborate with TMF specialist to ensure all TMF filings are accurate and contemporized for all studies, particularly ahead of study audits and inspections.
  • Assist CSMs with Storyboard creation and maintenance via communicating with involved functions and reviewing related study documents and/or TrackWise reports.
