The role involves:

  • Attending client meetings, presenting & bidding for new business
  • Understanding the scientific projects of our clients and resources required
  • UK & European client relationship management and development
  • Advertising vacancies, resourcing candidates & head-hunting
  • Identifying, briefing & submitting prospective scientific candidates to (Bio)pharmaceutical companies.
  • Conducting and coordinating interviews.
  • Receiving detailed feedback, organizing placements and managing candidate and client expectations.
  • Completing a full and structured training program with assessments.
  • Additional varied duties include developing expert market & building Pharmaceutical scientific and industry knowledge.

Essential skills:

  • Ambitious, enthusiastic, hard working, smart and presentable.
  • Excellent spoken English and good telephone manner.
  • Pharmaceutical or scientific interest, experience or knowledge.

Desirable skills:

  • Graduate in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Sales, recruitment or commercial business experience.
  • European foreign languages.
