
Contingency recruitment is the most common form or permanent recruitment and takes between 4 and 8 weeks to complete, usually consisting of two rounds of interviews. We allocate a specialist Consultant as a single point of contact for the hiring manager and we usually aim to deliver an initial shortlist of 3-5 Candidate Profiles.
We can fill a vacancy on a contingency basis, provided the company is reputable, the requirements are realistic, and the manager is serious about hiring.
A fee is only due to the Agency once a placement has been made. If the candidate leaves within the first twelve weeks of employment, the client would be eligible for a free replacement or a refund of the fees in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. If an assignment is uncertain, ill-defined or likely to be extremely time consuming, a retained search project may be more appropriate.
