A highly successful pharmaceutical company are currently looking for a Senior Manager to join their technical team that focuses on Epidemiology, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, and Statistics. This position will be based in a highly desirable location in North Switzerland.
Role:
The Senior Manager for Global Epidemiology will report into the Head of the technical team and will have responsibility for:
- Providing epidemiological support to the business needs and taking lead on global epidemiological patient data to support requests from key internal and external stakeholders.
- Generating and overseeing forecasting models and taking global responsibility for sign-off in relation to patient pool data.
- Generating systematic reviews and undertaking meta-analysis.
- Act as a key representative of the company and work in close collaboration with external parties.
- Provide guidance and management for the Global Epidemiology Managers.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will have a relevant science or medical related degree with a postgraduate qualification in Epidemiology. This individual will need to be an expert within the field of epidemiology and have substantial knowledge of health statistics on an international level. Previous experience of working in a pharmaceutical company would be highly desirable.
