A top global Pharmaceutical company are seeking a Materials Analytical Scientist for a 6 month contract role at their Kent Site.


Role

- Timely materials characterisation support to network of sites to aid in troubleshooting production issues.
- Conduct experiments independently on a range of different physical and chemical characterisation techniques to determine solid state attributes for active pharmaceutical ingredients.
- Interpretation of the results obtained from these techniques and conduct further complimentary analysis to context the results with respect to the production problem.
- Collate various data-sets and summarise this data into an investigational report.


Qualifications

- Relevant science degree: Materials Science, Materials Chemistry, etc.
- Experience of microscopical and particle sizing characterisation techniques.
- Experience of using a range of spectroscopic imaging techniques.
- Experience using lab techniques to determine powder flow and density measurements.
